87/Day 12: Too many notifications and alerts? The most important one to turn on!

Yesterday, we covered practical ways to turn off unnecessary distractions and regain some inner peace and mindfulness.

With a world that loves to shout-out-loud and with endless beeps and sounds everywhere we can easily “not hear” or miss the most important alert in everyone’s lives! And that is our INTUITION!

In the coming days we are going to cover what is intuition, how to turn it on, how to read it and how to use it. So, you want to sign in to our Facebook group to ensure you receive the next coming days.

Intuition is our number one central navigating system our compass our trusted life-time guide, our BFF Best Forever Friend that is hinting, nudging and at times screaming at us. The question is are YOU listening to the captain of your ship? Or are you trying to sway into the storm ignoring the captain’s signals?

• Take a moment to recall a time when you didn’t listen to your intuition and it bit you in the bum?
• Maybe a job or career move, going to a particular place or even entering a particular relationship.
• Then, what about the time you DID listen to it? What happened then? How did it pay off? What did it save you from?

I think we complicate life and personally I think LIFE is quiet simplistic, we just naturally complicate it!

Everything comes in cycle, there is a season for everything and follow your instinct. Boom! There it is. My next media interview when I get asked again what is my philosophy on life I will say just that.
