If you can’t be kind to yourself, be loving and forgiving you will always be looking and searching for ‘perfection’. This can lead to becoming over stressed, feelings of anxiety, emotional trauma, body sickness, disharmony, depression … and the list goes on.
All ‘dis’ease starts first in thought form which then creates ill emotions that produce negative body chemical reactions and makes us sick.
So, my dearest friend…
What OLD thoughts (because we are kicking those to the curve) are you ready NOW to fully LET GO?
What can you finally say goodbye to that you are telling yourself that is toxic and not serving you?
