88/Day 11: Too many notifications and alerts? Ease your life!
Today is all about "silencing" our environment and creating practical habits for life-long mindfulness.
In my period of "stILLNESS" where I was completely bedridden with a virus that attacked my central nervous system I could not have any noise or sound around me. I was so raw and sensitive to outside noise and demands that I decided it was the perfect time to make some drastic changes in my life.
Here are some my subtle changes that I started to make which I share in my book that have made profound differences to my health, state of being and life.

It took a body crisis to quickly learn all the "noise" I had put up with that was disrupting my life. It was an incredible reminder how I had complicated my life, gone off-course and forgot to honour the most important person in my life .. ME!
